The entire house can be rented at one time. Many families have stayed here for weddings, parties, and Naval Academy graduation.
There are 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds that can sleep 14 people. Kids sometimes fill in the gaps in sleeping bags. The max I will have at once is 20.
